CANCELLATIONS
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee. this gives ample time to fill available spots. cancelling outside of the policy can result in a 50% fee for less than 48 hours and a 100% fee for less than 24 hours or no show. appointment reminders are set out 72 and 48 hours in advance for you to confirm your upcoming appointment. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur, as a courtesy please text or call 727-619-4160 if you are unable to make it.
RETAIL REFUNDS
We offer refunds or returns for unopened and unused products only within 30 days of purchase.
ADJUSTMENTS FOR SERVICES
If you are unhappy with your service, we do offer adjustments. Requests to have your prior service adjusted must be requested within 7 days of your original appointment, After 7 days you are subject to a service fee.
DEPOSITS
To book a new extension install you are required to pay a deposit upfront to secure your servicel be required to pay a retainer up front in order to book an appointment. Deposits for new extension installs are non refundable.
EXTENSION CARE
Melt is not responsible if you discolor or damage your extensions from ; chlorine, self tanner, spray tan , sunscreen or lack of care due to sleeoing on wet hair or rough brushing causing weft damage. If you choose to not purchase new hair there will be an additional charge to treat and correct your extensions, There is no guarantee that we will be able to remove or repair the damaged wefts and you may need to purchase new hair.
